Neptunas

Last night the three of us went to see a Neptunas game (Klaipeda's professional basketball team).

My two favourite sports fans decked out in their best basketball garb.

It was late in the first quarter by the time we sat down - buying tickets, trying to communicate with the guys checking bags at the door and trying to figure out where to put the stroller, getting the security guard to convince the guys sitting in our seats to move to their own seats... you know.

Our team was ahead solidly for the first half.  (The other team was from Vilnius, I think).  But then they started tanking in the third quarter.  Tanking, as in, 2 baskets in the quarter.  Bethany gave up on them, and:

It was a great night!  I'm glad we live in such a cool city that has stuff like this to go to.
