The Apple Tomb

I was trying to get Bethany to say empty so that she could answer this question:

[Me]: Bethany, what happened at Easter?  The tomb was... EMPTY!
[Bethany]: APPLE!
[Me]: Empty!
[Bethany]: Apple!

And repeat.  And repeat.

Meh, we'll get it.

    Why does Bethany keeps saying apple? Do you know why she thinks that? Hopefully she will be able to say empty by next Sunday.
