Wow! You're the first person I know who makes homemade bagels. Is it hard to make? Most people I know buy store bought bagels.
It wasn't too hard; basically the same as making bread. They don't really have store-bought bagels here. They have a similar kind of bun thing that's shaped like a bagel, but they aren't really the same.
