Catching Up

It's been quiet over here in blog-land lately.  Usually I blog during the kids' naps, but recently my nap times have been taken up gathering the paperwork I mentioned in the last post.  Oh, and eating oatmeal cookies and watching re-runs of Selling LA.  That too. 

Anyway, I'm happy to report that the paperwork is all sent in now.  Tomorrow we head to Estonia for Phil to speak at a conference.  (Hello, 7-and-a-half hour drive with two kids  Oy.)  And of course, Friday is Bethany's birthday.  So those two things should provide some good fodder for the blog.

In the meantime, I'll tide you over with a few photos.

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's...Andrew-plane!

A whole playroom, and they cram into the corner.

This one needs an explanation.  Bethany loves to help put away groceries.  She carries the items one by one from the stroller, and puts them on the dining room table.  The other day when we got home from the store, I went into the bedroom to put Andrew down for a nap, while Bethany was being a child labourer having a great time hauling the groceries around.  I came out to find this.  She got down off the couch and said, "I all done!" 

I guess she helped herself to a snack.  Well-deserved after all her hard work.  :)
